Welcome to the Peninsula Wrestling Club

We are a youth wrestling club established in 2005 located in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Our Goal

The Peninsula Wrestling club started in 2005 as the founders (high school coaches) saw a need to provide and promote wrestling in the San Francisco Bay Area, specifically on the Peninsula. The club started out for the high school ages but expanded in 2008 to include Kindergarten to 8th grade participants.

High School Program

The high school program is intended to be a challenging and enjoyable curriculum. It allows the serious wrestler a place to workout during the off season and participate in local, state and national tournaments where we have had local and state champions and national All-Americans. We operate sessions in the Fall, Spring and Summer.

K-8 Program

The K-8 program is intended to be an introduction to the sport of wrestling in a fun atmosphere. We use a game centered approach where competition is not emphasized. We operate sessions in the Fall, Winter and Spring. In the Spring, we participate in the Bay Area Middle school league where those who want to compete are given a chance to do so.
